Update: the MeU LED lights Commercial

I know I know I know!

Ok look. I swear.  I'll have some videos up this week!  I haven't been happy with some of the videos turned out and having trouble learning how to video edit. So I have been re-filming!

In the mean time this themeU LED commercial I worked on as Key Make-Up Artist by Motion Pantry!

Favourite Beauty Bloggers!

I have been on this beauty blogging train a short time; however I have been in the beauty and fashion industry for almost 10 years.

Beauty and fashion blogs if done correctly, (hopefully I am) can be a very lucrative career.

I feel that blogging, especially beauty blogging gives weight to brands, and gives legitimacy to products, (I never say ‘legit’ I actually like saying the words). It only makes sense that brands are taking note of what us bloggers are doing.

MeU & Everyone we know

Being stopped by H&M employees asking questions about the MeU bag outside Yonge & Dundas Square in the middle of the video shoot

My good friend Dean Vargas from Motion Pantry hooked me up with an awesome gig doing make up for a project he directed for MeU.

The Toronto weather has been pretty crazy and unpredictable as per usual this year. Our shoot was  rescheduled several times because of the spotty rain but we lucked out last Friday as we shot guerrilla style in the heart of down town.

Sakura to ya

I was lucky enough to participate in the Sakura Hunani (Cherry Blossom Watching) as I came to the tail end of the season. Cherry blossoms only bloom for a week, making this season all the more fleeting and coveted.
